DESCRIPTION (FIG. A)
Your lawnmower has been designed for domestic
lawn mowing. Not suitable for professional use.

Mounting the handle bar (fig. B)
Fix the lower handle bars (2) into the unit body
with screws and washers.
Slide the cable holder (5) onto the upper
handle (3).
Position the upper handle (3) over the lower
handle (2) and align the holes. Push through
the two locking knobs (4). Screw on the nuts
and hand tighten. Never use a spanner or any
other tool to tighten them.
Clamp the cable to the lower handle with the
cable clip (6).
Installing the grass collector
Align the holes in the lower part of the grass
box with the lugs in the upper part, press the
parts together.
Use the clips to fix the grass box.
Placing the grass box
Lift the flap at the rear of the mower
Align the mounting holes on the grass collector
with the notches on the mower.
Push the container into the mower until it
clicks into place.
Removing the grass box
Lift the lid
Raise the grass box and pull the grass box out
of the mower.
Mounting the wheels
Place the wheel on the shaft of the motor
housing.
Place the washer and insert the locking pin
through the hole of the shaft, use the plastic
hook to bend the locking pin to lock the wheel.
Align the holes and place the wheel cap.
Mount the other wheels in the same way.
Setting the cutting heights (fig. C)
To obtain the desired cutting height, the front and
rear axles are repositioned on the underside of
the mower.
Warning! Disconnect the mower from
the power supply and ensure the blade
has stopped coasting before adjusting
the height.
Lift the mower.
Pull/push the wheel to the front of the mower.
Raise/lower the wheel.
Allow the wheel to lock in position.
Repeat for the other wheels.
Make sure that all wheels are located
in the same cutting height position.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Warning! Before connecting to the
mains supply, always check the switch
is in off position. Connect the plug into
the RCD protected power supply.
Connect the appliance to a suitable extension
cord.
Fit the extension cord (socket end of cord)
through the loop and secure over the hook
before connecting the plug.
Hold the appliance with both hands.
Keep the appliance away from hard objects
and plants.
When working long grass proceed layer for
layer. First set the appliance to the maximum
mowing height, then to a lower mowing height.
Only use the appliance for working dry grass.
Empty the grass bag after each use.
Switching on (fig. D)
Press the safety button (12) on the combined
switch firstly and keep it down and pull the
switch lever (10) at one time. The motor starts
and you can release the safety button.
Switching off
Release the switch lever (10).
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
The machine does not require any special
maintenance.
Regularly clean the ventilation slots.
Remove grass and dirt from the grass bag
after each use.
Before performing maintenance to the
appliance, always unplug the
appliance.
Cleaning the cutting mechanism
The cutting mechanism must be cleaned after
each use.
Remove large dirt particles using a soft brush.
Clean the cutting mechanism using a soft
cloth.
Apply a few drops of oil to the cutting
mechanism to avoid oxidation.
Replacing the blade (fig. E)
Wear working gloves
Regularly check the condition of the blade and the
attachment. When the blade is worn, it must be
replaced.
When the lawnmower vibrates excessively, it
indicates an unbalanced blade or a knife that is
bent by impact force. In this case, repair or
replace the knife.
Unbalanced blades will cause the lawn
mower to vibrate violently-risk of
accident!
Use a 35 mm spanner to unscrew the plastic
nut in anticlockwise and remove the blade to
replace it by a new one.
Tighten the plastic nut in clockwise direction.
