screws or electrical boxes as they may damage the sanding
plate.
Emptying the dust bag
The dust bag must be emptied and cleaned regularly. Empty the
dust bag when it is half full and also clean the inside. Regular
emptying and cleaning of the dust bag is important. Due to lack of
maintenance, the suction power will decrease. The dust will then
come out through the sanding disc instead of being sucked into the
bag.
Turn off and disconnect the tool from the power supply.
The bag has a seam sealed by a plastic clip. Open the plastic
clip and empty the dustbag.
Clean the bag and close it.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
The machine does not require any special maintenance.
Regularly clean the ventilation slots.
Before performing maintenance to the machine, always
unplug the machine.

.
The declared vibration total value was measured by a standard
test method and may be used for comparing one tool with another.
The declared total vibration value can also be used in a preliminary
exposure estimate .
Warning
The vibration emission during actual use of the machine
tool can differ from the declared value depending on the
way the tool is used.
Identifying the safety measures to protect the operator
is essential, these are based on an exposure estimation
in the actual conditions of use (considering all operating
cycle parts such as the times when the tool is on and off
and when it’s running as well as its starting time).
Changing the brush
Remove abrasive pad (see “Assembly and changing of the
abrasive discs”).
Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the six retaining screws
Then remove the brush.
Place the new brush in the housing and install it using the six
retaining screws.
Replace the abrasive pad.
USE
Wear a protective mask. Harmful and toxic dust may be
produced when using the sander. This dust can interfere
dangerously with your and others health. Kindly always
wear a protection mask against dust when using this
product. Keep people and animals away from the work
area when the device is running.
The sander has a special sanding head: the head can rotate in
multiple directions, allowing the abrasive pad to adjust to the work
surface. This enables the user to sand the top, middle and bottom of
a wall or ceiling joint without changing its position.
How to hold the sander
The sander should be held with both hands on the main tube.
The hands may be placed anywhere along the main tube for best
application.
Keep the hands on the main tube. Do not place the hands
in the area around the sanding head. The sanding head
swivels in multiple directions and could jam your hand.
Starting and stopping
Always check that the power supply corresponds to the
voltage on the rating plate and that the sander switch is
OFF.
Plug it into the socket
Press and hold the on/off switch (2) to switch on the machine.
When you release the on/off switch, the machine is switched off.
You can lock the on/off switch by pressing the on/off switch and
then the lock button (3). The switch lock can be released by
pressing the on/off switch.
Speed adjustment
This sander is equipped with adjustable speed. The speed can be
controlled with the speed control (1). A higher speed should be used
for leveling and removal. A lower speed can be used for precise
renement.
Sanding
Place the correct sanding disc for the surface to be sanded (ceiling,
corner of the ceiling, different parts of a wall).
When sanding a wall or ceiling, use a ladder to reach the area to be
scoured.
Sanding tips
Place the sander against the working surface with suitable
strength.
Apply additional pressure for a stronger removal and reduce the
pressure for a smoother and more accurate finish.
Apply enough pressure to keep the sanding plate flat against the
wall surface. However, excessive pressure can cause rubbing
marks or even irregularities on the worked surface.
Keep the sander in constant motion while holding the sanding
plate in contact with the surface to be sanded.
Use a steady, stable sweeping motion, balancing strength well.
Irregular movements and even stopping on the working surface
may create traces and irregularities.
Avoid moving the sanding plate against objects, such as nails,
GUARANTEE
Refer to the enclosed guarantee conditions for the terms and
conditions of guarantee.
