1. Les retours doivent être envoyés franco de port. Tous les frais des retours sont à votre charge.
2. Nous avon besoin d’une autorisation provisoire pour tous les retours de produits. Des produits pour lesquels une autorisation de
retour n’a pas été émise au préalable vous seront renvoyés à vos frais.
3. Nous réparerons ou remplacera les produits et vous les renverra gratuitement via un transporteur de votre choix.
4. Si vous optez pour un transporteur express (de votre choix), les frais de transport seront à votre charge.
Procédure de retour :
1. Avant de nous appeler pour obtenir un numéro d’ARA, vérifiez si vous avez correctement suivi les conseils d’installation et
d’utilisation repris dans le manuel de l’utilisateur.
2. Appelez notre département ARA et demandez-y un formulaire de demande d’ARA.
3. Veillez à avoir rempli TOUS les champs du formulaire de demande d’ARA.
