5.4 macHine scHoonmaken voor insTallaTie
De blanke delen van de draaibank zijn voor verzending voorzien van een laag conserveringsvet om roestvorming te
voorkomen. Gebruik een zachte doek met een geschikt en milieuvriendelijk reinigingsmiddel om de sledes, leispil,
assen en andere blanke delen te reinigen. Gebruik geen licht ontvlambaar oplosmiddel of benzine, deze kunnen
brand of een explosie veroorzaken. Alle blanke delen moeten na reiniging licht worden ingesmeerd.
5.5 macHine waTerpas sTellen
Het is belangrijk voor een probleemloze en nauwkeurige werking van de machine dat deze goed op een fundament
wordt opgesteld en waterpas wordt gesteld.
Ga als volgt te werk:
- Maak gebruik van een waterpas met een nauwkeurigheid van 0.02 mm / 1000 mm. Controleer de uitlijning met
een waterpas op het bed, in zowel langs- als dwarsrichting.
- Een afwijking van 0.04 / 1000 mm is toegestaan.
- Draai de schroeven aan en controleer of de machine nog steeds waterpas staat.
6. elekTriscHe aanslUiTing
Via de metalen afdekplaat achter het bed kunt u bij de elektrische schakelkast komen. Verbindt de polen R, S en T
met de stroombron. De machine moet geaard worden en afgezekerd met een zekering (1,2 A).
6.1 elekTriscH apparaaT
- Het elektrisch systeem is voorzien van een relais dat overbelasting van de motor voorkomt.
- De voetrem is aangesloten op een microschakelaar. Wanneer de voetrem wordt losgelaten, moet de hendel
voor de spindel opnieuw worden gebruikt om de spindel weer te activeren.
- Bovenop de elektrische kast bevindt zich een jogknop voor het tijdelijk activeren van de spindel.
