6.2 maschIne bewegen
Zum Bewegen der Maschine einen Gabelstapler verwenden.
Die Maschine nach folgendem Verfahren und folgenden Vorsichtsmaßnahmen mit einem Gabelstapler wie
abgebildet bewegen.
Die Verpackungskiste mit einem geeigneten Gabelstapler bewegen.
Die beiden Zinken des Gabelstaplers wie abgebildet unter der Verpackungskiste
positionieren.
Den Abstand der Staplerzinken zum Schwerpunkt verstellen, bis L1 = L2 (L1 & L2 =
jeweils 450 mm)
Die Staplerzinken vollständig unter die Verpackungskiste schieben.
Maschine mit Ketten bzw. Stahlseilen an den Staplerzinken und am Gabelstapler
befestigen.
Die Staplerzinken müssen vollständig untergeschoben sein.
L1 muss gleich L2 entsprechen, damit die Maschine sich im Gleichgewicht befindet.
6.3 InstallatIon der maschIne
Maschine mit Befestigungsbolzen auf dem Boden der Verpackungskiste befestigen.
(1) Werkzeuge
Hebeseil, Hebeeinrichtungen, Schraubenschlüssel, Verschiebeplatte, Einlegeblöcke und Ausrichtblöcke.
(2) Verfahren
Nach der Demontage der Verpackungskiste die Handbücher und den Werkzeugkasten entnehmen.
Befestigungsbolzen entfernen.
Kiste an ein Hebeseil befestigen, anheben und aus dem Weg räumen.
Bodenbefestigungsbolzen und Maschinenfußbohrungen zueinander ausrichten. In der Zwischenzeit die
Ausrichtblöcke unter den Ausrichtschrauben ablegen.
Hebeausrüstung und Hebeseil entfernen.
Muttern der Bodenbefestigungsbolzen aufsetzen.
6.4 maschInennIveau eInstellen
(1) Werkzeuge
Präzisionswasserwaage mit einer Toleranz von 0,02 mm/m
Schraubenschlüssel, Ausrichtblöcke
(2) Verfahren
Ausrichtblöcke so einstellen, dass diese Kontakt zu den Ausrichtschrauben besitzen.
Präzisionswasserwaage auf dem Arbeitstisch ablegen.
Mit der Präzisionswasserwaage den höchsten Punkt ermitteln und als Referenzniveau verwenden.
Über die Präzisionswasserwaage mit den Ausrichtschrauben das Maschinenniveau einstellen.

4.2 Transportation
4.2.1 The diagram of the machine weight and its gravity center
The weight differ due to the different models. Their data is as blow:

the Column, measured from the middle of the wooden crate.
4.2.2 The movement of the machine.
There are using forklift to move the machine.
The following is the procedure, precaution and illustration for moving the machine with
forklift.
a. Have a suitable forklift move to the wooden crate.
b. As diagram shown, insert two forks into the underneath of the
wooden crate.
c. Adjust the distance from the forks to the gravity center till L1
is equal to L2. (L1 & L2=450mm)
d. Have forks fully inserted into the underneath of the wooden
crate.
e. Have the machine fastened to the forks and forklift, using
metal chain or wire.
Precaution
a. Forks must be fully inserted.
b. L1 must be equal to L2 so that the machine can be in balance.

4.3.3 The installation of the electricity

4.4 The test after installation
a. Have the main power on.
b. Press the emergent stop button to see whether it stops immediately.
c. Power on again.
d Please check whether the motor is running smoothly. If there is any errors,
Please select two of the wires L1, L2 and L3 and change its position.
e Check every mechanism to see whether it works normally.
4.5 The procedure for dismantling the machine
The dismantling procedure is the reverse of the installation one.
