4.7 bedIenposItIon und schallpegel
Bedienposition: ca. 1 m von der Getriebe-Außenseite entfernt.
Höhe: 1,6 m ab Aufstellboden.
4.7.1 schallpegel
• Ohne Bearbeitung
Der Schalldruckpegel beträgt bei einer Drehzahl von 1500 U/min 70 dB(A). Der Schalldruckpegel beträgt bei
einer Drehzahl von 88 U/min 71 dB(A). (Hinweis: Während des Maschinenbetriebs Gehörschutz tragen.)
• Betrieb mit Bearbeitung
Es lagen folgende Prüfbedingungen vor:
Werkstoff: SS41
Dicke: 32 mm
Werkzeugdurchmesser: 32 mm
Der Schalldruckpegel beträgt bei einer Drehzahl von 88 U/min und einer Vorschubgeschwindigkeit
von 0,09 mm/U 82 dB(A). Der Schalldruckpegel beträgt bei einer Drehzahl von 88 U/min und einer
Vorschubgeschwindigkeit von 0,05 mm/U 80 dB(A).
Während des Maschinenbetriebs Gehörschutz tragen.
5. InstallatIon der maschIne vorbereIten
5.1 räumlIche anforderungen
5.1.1 aufstellboden
Die Maschine muss auf einem festen, tragfähigen und ebenen Boden aufgestellt werden. Hinweis:
• Zur Ausrichtung des Maschinenniveaus siehe Kapitel 6.4.
• Vor Gebrauch der Maschine muss die Maschine nivelliert werden. Die Niveautoleranz muss sich innerhalb von 1
mm/m befinden.

2.6 Operation position and noise level.
2.6.1 Operation position: about 1 meter far from the gearbox surface.
Height: 1.6 meter from the ground.
2.6.2 The noise level.

Before being processed,
When the turning speed is 1500 rpm, the noise level is 70 dB(A).
When the turning speed is 88 rpm, the noise level is 71 dB(A).
(Note :When using drill machine please wear the earmuffs.)

When processing with tools,
The test conditions are as follow:
Material：SS41
Thickness：32mm
The tool diameter：∅32mm
When the turning speed is 88rpm and the feed rate is 0.09 mm, the noise level is 82 dB(A).
When the turning speed is 88rpm and the feed rate is 0.05 mm, the noise level is 80 dB(A)。
(Note : When using drill machine please wear the earmuffs.)
