Lame
Per avere il migliore risultato di taglio, è necessario che le
lame siano ben affilate. Sostituirle se usurate o danneggiate.
A tale scopo utilizzare una lima o una mola.
NOTA! E’ importante affilare le due estremità della lama in
modo uniforme per non creare disequilibri.
RIMOZIONE DELLE LAME:
Sollevare la macchina per avere accesso alle lame.
Disserrare il bullone a testa esagonale, la rondella
elastica e la rondella piatta che fissano la lama.
Montare una nuova lama o una lama con palettaura
posteriore rivolta verso il piatto, come indicato.
ATTENZIONE: Per assicurare un buon fissaggio centrale
della lama, è necessario che questa combaci perfettamente
con il mozzo.
Montare il nuovo bullone a testa esagonale, la rondella
elastica e la rondella piatta nell'ordine esatto, come
indicato.
Restringere bene il bullone di bloccaggio della lama
(coppia di serraggio: 27-35 ft./lbs)
ATTENZIONE: Il bullone di bloccaggio della lama è stato
sottoposto a trattamento termico di classe 8.
Messen
Voor de beste resultaten moeten de maaimessen scherp
gehouden worden. Vervang gebogen of beschadigde
messen. Het slijpen kan geschieden met een vijl of met een
slijpschijf.
N.B.! Het is zeer belangrijk dat beide uiteinden van het mes
even-veel worden geslepen, om onbalans te voorkomen.
MES VERWIJDEREN:
Zet de maaier in de hoogste stand om bij de messen te
kunnen.
Verwijder de zeskantbout, de veerring, en vlakke ring die
het mes op zijn plaats houden.
Monteer een nieuw of geslepen mes waarbij het sleep
(hulp) mes omhoog naar het maaidek gericht moet zijn,
zie afbeelding.
BELANGRIJK: Om zeker te zijn van goede montage moet
het centrumgat in het mes passen met de ster op de mandrijn.
Bevestig de zeskantbout, veerring en vlakke ring weer in
precies dezelfde volgorde als op de afbeelding te zienis.
Haal de bouten stevig aan (aandraaimoment 27-35 ft.
lbs.)
BELANGRIJK: De bout van het mes is warmtebehandeld
volgens klasse 8.
Cuchillas
Para alcanzar resultados mejores las cuchillas de la segadora
hay que mantenerlos afilados. Sustituya las cuchillas torcidos
y estropeados. El afilado puede hacerse con lima o muela.
NOTA! Es muy importante que los dos lados de la cuchilla
sean afilados igual a in de impedir desequilibrios.
C'MO DESMONTAR LAS CUCHILLAS:
Eleve la segadora hasta su posición más alta para poder
alcanzar las cuchillas.
Desentornille el tornillo de cabeza de seis facetas, la
arandela elastica (de resorte) y la arandela plana que
sujetan la cuchilla.
Monte la cuchilla nueva o afilada con el canto trasero
hacia arriba adjunto a la plataforma como indicado.
IMPORTANTE: Para asegurar un montaje correcto el orificio
central de la cuchilla hay que ajustarlo a la estrella del
mandril.
Monte otra vez el tornillo de cabeza de seis facetas, la
arandela elastica y la arandela plana en sucesion
exacta como es indicado.
Apriete establemente el tornillo (momento de rotacion
27-35 Ft. Lbs.).
IMPORTANTE: El tornillo de la cuchilla es de tratamiento
tèrmico-clase 8.
