Cutting tips
• Clear the lawn from stones and other objects which can
be thrown away by the blades.
• Localize and mark stones and other fixed objects to avoid
collision.
• Begin with a high cutting height and reduce until the
required cutting result is obtained.
• The cutting result is best with high engine speed (blades
rotate quickly) and low gear (ma chine goes slowly). If the
grass is not too long and thick the drive speed can be
increased by selecting a higher gear or increasing the
motor speed, without affecting the cutting result.
• The best lawn is achieved if the grass is cut often. Cutting
becomes more even and the cut grass is more evenly
dis trib ut ed over the surface. Total time taken is not greater,
since higher drive speed can be se lect ed with out af fect ing
the cut ting results.
• Avoid cutting wet grass. The cutting results will be worse
since the wheels will sink into the soft lawn.
• Spray the cutting unit with water underneath after use.
Ratschläge zum Rasenmähen
• Steine und andere Gegenstände vom Rasen entfernen,
da diese sonst von den Mähklingen weggeschleudert
werden.
• Große Steine und andere Gegenstände im Mähbereich
kennzeichnen, um ein Auffahren zu vermeiden.
• Mit hoher Mähhöhe beginnen und diese dann senken,
bis das gewünschte Ergebnis erzielt wird.
• Das Mähergebnis ist am besten mit hoher Motordrehzahl
(die Klingen rotieren schnell) und niedrigem Gang (die
Maschine fährt langsam).Wenn das Gras nicht zu lang
und zu dick ist, kann die Antriebsgeschwindigkeit durch
Auswahl einer höheren Übersetzung oder Erhöhung der
Motordrehzahl erhöht werden, ohne dass dadurch das
Mähergebnis beeinträchtigt wird.
• Der Rasen wird am schönsten, wenn er oft gemäht wird.
Das Gras wird dadurch gleichmäßiger gemäht und das
gemähte Gras wird gleich mä ßi ger über die Oberfläche
verteilt. Der gesamte Zeitaufwand ist nicht größer, da
eine höhere Fahrgeschwindigkeit gewählt werden kann,
ohne daß schlechter gemäht wird.
• Wenn möglich, keinen nassen Rasen mähen. Das Mäher-
gebnis wird schlechter, da die Räder im weichen Rasen
einsinken.
• Nach jedem Einsatz ist das Mähaggregat von unten mit
Wasser abzuspülen.
SISTEMA PER OPERAZIONI IN RETROMARCIA
("ROS")
Questo trattore è dotato del sistema per operazioni in retro-
marcia ROS. Qualsiasi tentativo dell’operatore di falciare in
retromarcia senza avere prima premuto il pulsante ROS (D)
determina l’arresto delle lame del tosaerba. Accertarsi che la
trasmissione sia in folle, a quel punto posizionare il comando
di innesto dell’attrezzo nella posizione di disinnesto e poi di
nuovo nella posizione di innesto, prima di continuare con
l’operazione in retromarcia ROS.
AVVERTENZA: È fortemente sconsigliato fare marcia indi-
etro con l’attrezzo innestato durante il taglio. Il movimento in
retromarcia con l’attrezzo innestato andrebbe effettuato solo
quando l’operatore decide che è necessario ricollocare la
macchina in posizione con l’attrezzo innestato. Non falciare
in retromarcia a meno che non sia assolutamente necessario.
UTILIZZO DEL SISTEMA PER OPERAZIONI IN RETRO-
MARCIA
Utilizzare questo sistema solo se si è certi che non ci sono bam-
bini o altre persone che possono accedere all’area di lavoro.
• Con il motore in funzione, premere il pedale del freno fino
in fondo.
• Premere il pulsante ROS (D) e assicurarsi che la spia sul
pulsante ROS sia accesa.
• Guardare sempre in giù e all’indietro prima e durante la
retromarcia.
• Rilasciare il pedale del freno e premere il pedale di inseri-
mento della retromarcia per iniziare il movimento.
• Quando l’utilizzo del sistema ROS non è più necessario,
premere di nuovo il pulsante ROS per tornare alla modalità
di funzionamento normale. La spia sul pulsante ROS non
dovrebbe più essere accesa.
SYSTEEM VOOR ACHTERUIT (ROS)
Uw tractor is uitgerust met een Reverse Operation System
(systeem voor achteruit - ROS). Bij elke poging van de bestu-
urder om achteruit te rijden zonder eerst op de ROS-toets
(D) te drukken stoppen de maaimessen. Zorg ervoor dat de
transmissie in de neutrale stand staat, zet de koppelingshendel
in de uitgeschakelde stand en weer terug in de ingeschakelde
stand voordat u verdergaat met achteruitrijden.
WAARSCHUWING: Achteruitrijden met een ingeschakelde
hulpstukkoppeling tijdens het maaien wordt sterk afgeraden.
Achterwaartse bediening met een ingeschakelde hulpstuk-
koppeling mag alleen gedaan worden wanneer de bestuurder
besluit dat het noodzakelijk is de machine te verplaatsen met
het aangekoppelde apparaat ingeschakeld. Maai niet achteruit,
tenzij dit absoluut noodzakelijk is.
HET REVERSE OPERATION SYSTEM GEBRUIKEN
Gebruik deze functie alleen als u er zeker van bent dat er
zich geen kinderen of andere omstanders achter de machine
bevinden.
• Trap het rempedaal helemaal in terwijl de motor draait.
• Druk op de ROS-toets (D) en controleer of de ROS-toets
verlicht is.
• Kijk altijd onder en achter u voor en tijdens het achteruit-
rijden.
• Laat het rempedaal los en trap het pedaal voor achteruit-
rijden in om achteruit te rijden.
• Wanneer het gebruik van ROS niet meer nodig is, drukt
u op de ROS-toets om terug te keren naar de normale
werking. De ROS-toets is dan niet meer verlicht.
