Monteren van zaagblad en ketting
Controleer of de kettingrem ontkoppeld is door de
terugslagbeveiliging van de kettingrem naar de voorste
handvatbeugel te duwen.
Verwijder de zaagbladmoer en het koppelingdeksel (de
k
ettingrem). Verwijder de transportbescherming.
Monteer het zaagblad over de zaagbladbouten. Plaats het
zaagb
lad in de achterste stand. Plaats de ketting over het
kettingaandrijftandwiel en in de zaagbladgroef. Begin aan
de bovenkant van het zaagblad.
Controleer of de randen van de motorzaagschakels op de
bo
venkant van het zaagblad naar voren zijn gericht.
Monteer het koppelingdeksel en zoek de kettingafstelpen
in de opening van het zaagblad. Controleer of de
aandrijfschakels van de ketting op het aandrijftandwiel
passen en of de ketting juist in de groef van het zaagblad
zit. Draai de motorzaagbladmoeren met de hand vast.
Span de ketting door met behulp van de combisleutel de
k
ettingspanschroef met de klok mee te schroeven. De
ketting moet aangespannen worden tot ze niet langer slap
hangt aan de onderkant van het zaagblad. Zie de
instructies in het hoofdstuk Zaagketting spannen.
De ketting is juist gespannen wanneer ze niet langer slap
hangt aan de onder
kant van het zaagblad en toch
gemakkelijk met de hand kan worden voortbewogen. Hou
de tip van het blad omhoog en draai de zaagbladmoeren
met de combisleutel vast.
Op een nieuwe ketting moet de kettingspanning vaak
gecontroleerd w
orden tot de ketting goed ”ingelopen” is.
Controleer regelmatig de kettingspanning. Correct
aangespannen kettingen geven goede bedrijfsprestaties
en hebben een lange levensduur.
Monteren van schorssteun
Voor het monteren van een schorssteun – neem contact
op met uw servicewerkplaats.

handschoenen dragen.
