• Larghezza della maglia di trascinamento (mm/pollici)
• Numero di maglie di trascinamento (pz)
Affilatura e regolazione dell’angolo di
spoglia della catena
Generalità sull’affilatura della catena
• Non segare mai con una catena usurata. La catena è
usurata quando è necessario forzare il gruppo di
taglio nel legno e i trucioli sono molto piccoli. Se la
catena è molto usurata, non produce alcun truciolo. Si
produce solamente segatura.
• Se la catena è affilata correttamente, penetra nel
legno e produce tr
ucioli grandi e lunghi.
• La parte tagliente di una catena è definita anello
tagliente e si compone di un dente di taglio (A) e un
aggetto di spoglia (B).
La distanza in altezza fra
queste parti rappresenta la profondità di taglio.
Per l’affilatura del dente di taglio occorre considerare
quattro misure.
1 Angolo di affilatura
2 Angolo di appoggio
3 Posizione della lima
4 Diametro della lima tonda
È estremamente difficile affilare correttamente una
catena senza gli attrezzi adatti.
Per questo consigliamo il
nostro affilatore. Affilando la catena con esso, si
otterranno la massima riduzione del sobbalzo e le migliori
prestazioni di taglio.

Affilatura dei denti
Per l’affilatura del dente di taglio occorrono una lima tonda
e un affilatore. Vedere le istruzioni alla sezione Dati tecnici
in merito al diametro della lima tonda e all’affilatore
raccomandato per la catena della motosega.
• Controllare che la catena sia ben tesa. In caso

ario la catena si muove lateralmente ed è più
difficile ottenere una corretta affilatura.
• Affilare sempre il dente di taglio dall’interno verso

AVVERTENZA! Il mancato rispetto delle
istruzioni di affilatura aumenta
sensibilmente la propensione al
sobbalzo della catena.
