–Ontsteking uitschakelen, daarvoor de contactsleutel in de stand draaien.

Als de motor met de noodstopschakelaar wordt afgezet en het contact in het contactslot ingescha-
keld blijft, wordt de stroomvoorziening van de meeste elektrische verbruikers niet onderbroken en
ontlaadt de 12V-accu. De motor dus altijd met het contactslot uitzetten, de noodstopschakelaar is
uitsluitend bestemd voor noodsituaties.
–Motorfiets parkeren op stevige ondergrond.
–Zijstandaard met de voet helemaal naar voren zwenken en met het voertuig belasten.
–Stuur vergrendelen. ( pag. 17)
9.8 Transport
Aanwijzing
Gevaar voor beschadiging Het geparkeerde voertuig kan wegrollen of omvallen.
–Zet het voertuig op een stevige en vlakke ondergrond.

Gevaar voor brand Hete voertuigdelen vormen een brand- en explosiegevaar.
–Plaats het voertuig niet in de buurt van licht ontvlambare of explosiegevaarlijke materialen.
–Laat het voertuig afkoelen alvorens het te bedekken.

–Motorfiets met spanriemen of andere geschikte bevestigings-
middelen beveiligen tegen omvallen en wegrollen.
9.9 Brandstof tanken
Gevaar
Gevaar voor brand Brandstof is licht ontvlambaar.
De brandstof in de tank wordt verwarmd zet deze in de brandstoftank uit en kan uit de tank stromen.
–Tank het voertuig niet in de buurt van open vuur of brandende sigaretten.
–Zet de motor uit, als u brandstof tankt.
–Voorkom dat brandstof wordt gemorst, in het bijzonder op hete delen van het voertuig.
–Wis eventueel gemorste brandstof onmiddellijk weg.
–Neem de gegevens over het tanken van brandstof in acht.
