9.4 Easy Shift

Met Easy Shift kan zonder bediening van de koppeling in een
hogere of lagere versnelling worden geschakeld.
Omdat de gashendel niet moet worden gesloten, kan zonder
onderbrekingen worden geschakeld.
De Easy Shift herkent aan de hand van de schakelaspositie of er
moet worden geschakeld en zendt een overeenkomstig signaal
naar de motorbesturing.
9.5 Schakelen, rijden
Waarschuwing
Gevaar voor ongevallen Bij een abrupte verandering van de belasting kunt u de controle over de
motorfiets verliezen.
–Abrupte lastverplaatsing en hard remmen vermijden.
–De snelheid aan de gewijzigde rijwegsituatie aanpassen.
Waarschuwing
Gevaar voor ongevallen Terugschakelen bij een hoog motortoerental blokkeert het achterwiel en
overbelast de motor.
–Schakel bij een hoog toerental niet terug naar een lagere versnelling.
Waarschuwing
Gevaar voor ongevallen Een verkeerde contactsleutelstand zorgt voor storingen.
–De contactsleutelstand tijdens het rijden niet veranderen.
Waarschuwing
Gevaar voor ongevallen Het uitvoeren van instellingen aan het voertuig leidt af van het verkeer.
–Instelwerkzaamheden aan een stilstaand voertuig uitvoeren.
Waarschuwing
Gevaar voor letsel Door verkeerd gedrag kan de passagier van de motorfiets vallen.
–Zorg ervoor dat de passagier correct op de buddyseat zit, de voeten op de buddyseatvoetsteunen
van de passagier zet en zich aan de bestuurder of grepen vasthoudt.
–Neem hierbij ook de in uw land geldende voorschriften over de minimumleeftijd voor passagiers in
acht.
