–Wiellager controleren op beschadiging en slijtage.
» Als het wiellager beschadigd of versleten is:
–Wiellager achter vervangen.
–Radiale keerringen 1en loopvlakken Avan de afstands-
bussen reinigen en invetten.
Duurzaam vet ( pag. 127)
–Schroefdraad van steekas en asmoer reinigen.
–Steekas reinigen en licht invetten.

–Aangrijppunten van remzadelhouder en achterbrug reinigen.
–Demperpakkingen en kettingwieldragers aan het achterwiel
monteren.
–Smalle afstandsbus in de zijkant van het kettingwiel plaatsen.
–Brede afstandsbus in de zijkant van de remschijf plaatsen.
–Achterwiel positioneren.
Remplaketten zijn correct gepositioneerd.
–Achterwiel zo ver mogelijk naar voren schuiven en ketting op
het kettingwiel leggen.

–Achterwiel naar achteren trekken en steekas 3met ring en
kettingspanner 4monteren.
Voorgeschreven waarde
Kettingspanners 4links en rechts in dezelfde positie
monteren.
–Moer 2met ring monteren.
–Controleren of de kettingspanners tegen de schroeven lig-
gen.
–Kettingspanning controleren. ( pag. 65)
–Moer 2vastdraaien.
Voorgeschreven waarde
De markeringen op de kettingspanners moeten links en
rechts in dezelfde positie ten opzichte van de referentie-
markeringen Bstaan. Zo is het achterwiel correct uitge-
lijnd.
Moer steekas achter M14x1,5 90 Nm
–Wieltoerentalsensor 5in de boring positioneren.
–Schroef 6monteren en vastdraaien.
