16. Non utilizzare mai lo spazzaneve se non c’è una buona
visibilità o in mancanza di luce. Sentirsi sempre saldi sui
propri passi e impugnare con forza il manico. Camminare,
non correre.
Manutenzione e conservazione
1. Controllare con frequenza che i perni di sicurezza, i bulloni
di montaggio del motore, etc. siano sufficientemente stretti,
così da assicurarsi che la macchina possa funzionare in
completa sicurezza.
2. Non riporre la macchina col serbatoio pieno di carburante
all’interno di un edificio in cui siano presenti possibili fonti
di incendio quali acqua calda, elementi di riscaldamento,
macchina asciuga-biancheria, etc. Lasciare che il motore
si raffreddi prima di riporre la macchina in un ambiente
chiuso.
3. Per tutti i particolari, fare sempre riferimento al manuale
di istruzioni del produttore se lo spazzaneve deve essere
riposto a magazzino per un lungo periodo.
4. Conservare con cura o, se necessario, sostituire le
etichette recanti istruzioni e indicazioni di sicurezza.
5. Far funzionare la macchina ancora per qualche minuto
dopo aver finito di spazzare la neve, per evitare che il
collettore/ventilatore espulsore si geli.
