Rimozione Delle Lame:
• Sollevare la macchina per avere accesso alle lame.
• Rimuovere il bullone dalla lama.
• Montare una nuova lama o una lama con palettaura pos-
teriore rivolta verso il piatto, come indicato.
NZIONE: Per assicurare un buon fissaggio centrale della lama,
è necessario che questa combaci perfettamente con il mozzo.
ATTENZIONE: Bullone speciale per lama, trattato termica-
mente, secondo la Classe 8.
1. Lama con for stellare a 5 punte
Il centro di questa lama ha la forma di una stella a cinque
punte. Il bullone di fissaggio della lama è filettato a destra. Si
disserra girandolo in senso anti-orario, e si stringe girandolo
all'opposto, in senso orario.
• Riposizionare il bullone sulla lama, quindi serrare ac-
curatamente (62-75 Nm.).
2. Lama con foro stellare a sei punta
Il centro di questa lama ha la forma di una stella a sei punta.
Il bullone di fissaggio della lama è filettato a sinistra. Si
disserra girandolo in senso orario, e si stringe all'opposto,
girandolo in senso anti-orario.
• Montare il nuovo bullone a testa esagonale, la rondella
elastica e la rondella piatta nell'ordine esatto, come
indicato.
• Restringere bene il bullone di bloccaggio della lama
(37-47 Nm).
Mes verwijderen
• Zet de maaier in de hoogste stand om bij de messen te
kunnen.
• Haal de mesbout eraf.
• Monteer een nieuw of geslepen mes waarbij het sleep
(hulp) mes omhoog naar het maaidek gericht moet zijn,
zie afbeelding.
BELANGRIJK: Om zeker te zijn van goede montage moet
het centrumgat in het mes passen met de ster op de mandrijn.
BELANGRIJK: Speciale mesbout is heet-behandeld, Graad 8.

Mes met 5-hoekige ster
Het midden van dit mes heeft een stergat met 5 punten. De
bout die dit mes op z'n plaats houdt heft normaal rechts-
gangig schroefdraad. U maakt de bout los door hem tegen
de klok in te draaien en u zet hem vast door met de klok
mee te draaien.
• Zet de mesbout er weer op en draai goed aan (62-75
Nm.).
2. Mes met 6-hoekige ster
Het midden van dit mes heeft een stergat met 6 punten.
De bout die dit mes op z'n plaats houdt heeft normaal
linksgangig schroefdraad. U maakt de bout los door hem
met de klok mee te draaien en u zet hem vast door tegen
de klok in te draaien.
• Bevestig de zeskantbout, veerring en vlakke ring weer
in precies dezelfde volgorde als op de afbeelding te zien
is.
• Haal de bouten stevig aan (37-47 Nm).
C'Mo Desmontar las cuchillas:
• Eleve la segadora hasta su posición más alta para poder
alcanzar las cuchillas.
• Remover el perno de la cuchilla.
• Monte la cuchilla nueva o afilada con el canto trasero hacia
arriba adjunto a la plataforma como indicado.
IMPORTANTE: Para asegurar un montaje correcto el orificio
central de la cuchilla hay que ajustarlo a la estrella del mandril.
IMPORTANTE: El perno especial de la cuchilla es termotratado
de Calidad 8.
1. Cuchilla de orificio-estrella de cinco puntas
El centro de esta cuchilla se parece a una estrella de cinco
(5) puntas. El tornillo que liga esta cuchilla es dextrogiro
normal y se desentornilla en direcciûn opuesta a la vuelta
de la aguja del reloj y se emperna dandole vueltas en la
direcciûn de la aguja del reloj.
• Colocar otra vez el perno de la cuchilla y apretar firme-
mente (62-75 Nm.).
2. Cuchilla de orificio-estrella de seis puntas
El centro de este cuchilla cortadoe tiene la forma de una
estrella de seis (6) puntas. El tornillo que liga esta cuchilla
es levogiro y se desentornilla en la direcciûn de la vuelta de
la aguja del reloj y se emperna con vueltas en la direcciûn
opuesta a la de la aguja de reloj.
• Monte otra vez el tornillo de cabeza de seis facetas, la
arandela elastica y la arandela plana en sucesion exacta
como es indicado.
• Apriete establemente el tornillo(37-47 Nm).
