AVVIAMENTO E ARRESTO

Dato che il freno della catena è ancora inserito, il regime
del motore deve scendere al minimo il più presto
possibile, il che si ottiene premendo velocemente sulla
leva dell'acceleratore. In questo modo si evita di usurare
inutilmente la frizione, il tamburo della frizione e il nastro
del freno.
Osservare! Ripristinare il freno della catena portando la
protezione dal sobbalzo (contrassegnata con ”PULL
BACK TO RESET”) verso la staffa dell’impugnatura. A
questo punto, la motosega è pronta per l’uso.
• Non avviare mai la motosega prima che la lama, la
catena e tutti i carter siano correttamente montati.
Vedi istruzioni alla voce Montaggio. Quando lama e
catena sono smontate dalla motosega, la frizione può
staccarsi e provocare seri danni.
• Il freno della catena deve essere inserito
all’avviamento della motosega. Vedere le istruzioni
alla sezione Avviamento e arresto. Non avviare mai la
motosega facendola cadere e tenendola per la fune.
Questo metodo è estremamente pericoloso, perché si
perde facilmente il controllo della motosega.
• Non accendere mai la macchina in ambienti chiusi.
Non dimenticate che i gas di scarico sono velenosi.
• Osservare l’ambiente circostante per escludere il
rischio che persone o animali vengano a contatto con
gli attrezzi di taglio.
• Tenere sempre saldamente la motosega con
entrambe le mani. Tenere la mano destra
sull’impugnatura posteriore e la mano sinistra su
quella anteriore. Tutti gli utenti, destri o mancini
che siano, devono utilizzare questa presa.
Mantenere una presa stabile, in modo che pollici e
dita circondino le impugnature della motosega.
Arresto
Il motore si ferma premendo il comando di avviamento/
arresto.
NB! Il contatto di avviamento/arresto torna
automaticamente in posizione di marcia. Prevenire
l’avviamento involontario rimuovendo sempre il cappuccio
dalla candela quando si lascia la macchina incustodita.

AVVERTENZA! L’inalazione prolungata
dei gas di scarico del motore, dei vapori
dell’olio della catena e della polvere di
segatura può essere dannosa per la
salute.
