• Das Seil etwa 30 cm herausziehen und in die
Aussparung in der Außenkante der Seilrolle ziehen.
Die Rückzugfeder durch langsames
Rückwärtsdrehen der Rolle nullstellen.
• Die Schraube in der Mitte der Seilrolle lösen und die
Rolle entfernen. Ein neues Startseil einziehen und in
der Rolle befestigen. Etwa 3 Wicklungen um die
Seilrolle legen. Die Seilrolle so gegen die
Rückzugfeder montieren, dass das Ende der
Rückzugfeder in der Seilrolle eingehakt ist. Die
Schraube in der Mitte der Seilrolle montieren. Das
Startseil durch die Löcher in Startergehäuse und
Startgriff ziehen. Dann das Seil mit einem festen
Knoten sichern.
Spannen der Rückzugfeder
• Startseil aus der Aussparung in der Seilrolle
herausnehmen und die Seilrolle etwa 2 Umdrehungen
(im Uhrzeigersinn) drehen.
Hinweis! Kontrollieren, ob sich die Seilrolle noch
mindestens 1/2 Umdrehung drehen lässt, wenn das
Startseil ganz herausgezogen ist.
Austausch einer gebrochenen
Rückzugfeder
• Seilrolle herausheben. Siehe die Anweisungen unter
der Überschrift Austausch eines gerissenen oder
verschlissenen Startseils. Beachten, dass die
Rückzugfeder fest gespannt im Gehäuse der
Startvorrichtung liegt.
• Die Kassette mit der Rückzugfeder aus der
Startvorrichtung demontieren.
• Die Rückzugfeder mit dünnflüssigem Öl schmieren.
Die Kassette mit der Rückzugfeder in die
Startvorrichtung montieren. Die Seilrolle montieren
und die Rückzugfeder spannen.
Montage der Startvorrichtung
• Vor dem Einbau der Startvorrichtung Startseil
herausziehen und die Startvorrichtung gegen das
Kurbelgehäuse legen. Danach das Startseil langsam
zurücklassen, damit die Starterklinken in die Seilrolle
eingreifen.
• Die Befestigungsschrauben der Startvorrichtung fest
anziehen.
Luftfilter
Luftfilter regelmäßig von Staub und Schmutz reinigen, zur
Vermeidung von:
• Vergaserstörungen
• Startschwierigkeiten
• Leistungsminderung
• Unnötigem Verschleiß der Motorteile.
• Unnormal hohem Kraftstoffverbrauch.
• Vor dem Ausbau des Luftfilters ist der Luftfilterdeckel
zu entfernen. Beim Wiedereinbau darauf achten, dass
