Zamenjava povratnih in pogonskih vzmeti
Povratna vzmet (A)
Dvignite zaganjalno vreteno. Glejte navodila v poglavju
Zamenjava strgane ali obrabljene vÏigalne vrvice.
Odstranite kaseto z vpeto povratno vzmetjo iz
zaganjalnika.
Povratno vzmet namastite z redkim oljem. Vstavite
kaseto s povratno vzmetjo v zaganjalnik. Vstavite
zaganjalno vreteno in napnite povratno vzmet.
Vzmet pogonskega kolesa (B)
Odvijte vijak na sredini ‰kripca in odstranite pogonsko kolo
in vzmet pogonskega kolesa.
Zamenjajte vzmet pogonskega kolesa in nad vzmet
namestite pogonsko kolo . (111)
Montiranje zaganjalnika
Zaganjalnik sestavite tako, da najprej izvleãete vrvico,
nato pa zaganjalnik vstavite v ohi‰je motorja. Poãasi
sprostite vrvico, tako da se vreteno ujame v zaskoãne
kljukice.
Vstavite vijake, s katerimi je pritrjen zaganjalnik in jih
privijte.
Zraãni filter
Zraãni filter je potrebno redno ãistiti, kajti z odstranjevanjem
prahu in umazanije prepreãimo:
Motnje v delovanju uplinjaãa
TeÏave pri vÏigu
Pojemanje moãi motorja
Nepotrebno obrabo delov motorja
Nenormalno visoko porabo goriva.
Zraãni filter odstranite tako, da odstranite pokrov filtra in
nato filter. Pri ponovnem sestavljanju preverite, ãe se filter
tesno prilega nosilcu. Filter ãistimo tako, da ga otresemo
ali okrtaãimo. (112)
Uãinek ãi‰ãenja zraãnega filtra bo bolj‰i, ãe ga operemo z vodo
in milnico.
Zraãnega filtra, ki ste ga uporabljali dalj ãasa, ni mogoãe dobro
oãistiti. Zaradi tega je potrebno filter redno nadome‰ãati z
novim. âe je zraãni filter po‰kodovan, ga nemudoma
zamenjajte.
Za HUSQVARNA motorno Ïago lahko uporabljate razliãne
zraãne filtre, prilagojene razliãnim delovnim okoljem,
vremenskim razmeram, letnemu ãasu, itd. Posvetujte se z
va‰im trgovcem.
Sveãka
Na stanje sveãke vpliva naslednje:
Nepravilna nastavitev uplinjaãa.
Nepravilna me‰anica goriva z oljem (preveã olja ali
napaãno olje).
Umazan zraãni filter.
Posledica teh dejavnikov je nabiranje oblog na elektrodah
sveãke, kar lahko privede do nepravilnega delovanja motorja in
teÏav pri vÏigu.
âe je moã motorja oslabljena, ãe ga je teÏko vÏgati, delovanje
v prostem teku pa je neenakomerno: vedno najprej preglejte
sveãko. âe je zama‰ena, jo oãistite in preverite, da je razmik
med elektrodama 0,5 mm. Sveãko zamenjajte po pribliÏno
enomeseãni uporabi, ãe pa je potrebno, tudi prej. (113)
Opomba! Vedno uporabljajte samo tip sveãke, ki ga
priporoãamo! Uporaba napaãne sveãke lahko uniãi bat in valj.
Poskrbite, da ima sveãka t.i. za‰ãito proti radijskim motnjam.
Mazanje igliãastega leÏaja
Sklopkin boben ima na izstopni osi iglasti leÏaj. Iglaste leÏaj je
treba redno mazati.
Za mazanje odstranite pokrov sklopke tako, da razrahljate
matici spojnika. Postavite Ïago tako, da leÏi z bobnom,
obrnjenim navzgor.
MaÏite s kapljanjem motornega olja zraven sredi‰ãa bobna
sklopke in hkrati obraãajte boben sklopke. (114)
Hladilni sistem
Stroj je opremljen s hladilnim sistemom, ki zagotavlja najniÏjo
moÏno delovno temperaturo.
Deli hladilnega sistema so:
1 Odprtina za dovod zraka na zaganjalniku.
2 Tir za usmerjanje zraka.
3 Ventilator z lopaticami.
4 Hladilna rebra cilindra.
5 Ohi‰je cilindra (dovaja cilindru hladen zrak). (115)
Hladilni sistem oãistite s krtaão enkrat tedensko, v zahtevnih
pogojih dela pa tudi pogosteje. Umazan ali zama‰en hladilni
sistem povzroãa pregrevanje stroja, to pa po‰koduje bat in
cilinder.
