Koelsysteem
Om de werktemperatuur zo laag mogelijk te houden, is de
machine uitgerust met een koelsysteem.
Het koelsysteem bestaat uit:
1 Luchtinlaat in de starter.
2 Ventilatorschoepen op het vliegwiel.
3 Koelflenzen op de cilinder.
4 Cilinderkap (leidt de koellucht naar de cilinder).
Maak het koelsysteem één keer per week schoon met een
borstel; dit moet vaker gebeuren wanneer u in moeilijke
omstandigheden werkt. Een vuil of verstopt koelsysteem
leidt tot oververhitting van de machine waardoor de cilinder
en zuiger beschadigd kunnen worden.
Bougie
De volgende factoren zijn van invloed op de conditie van de
bougie:
• Een incorrecte afstelling van de carburateur.
• Een vuil luchtfilter.
Deze factoren veroorzaken afzettingen op de elektroden van
de bougie, wat tot motordefecten en startmoeilijkheden kan
leiden.
Wanneer de machine te weinig vermogen heeft, moeilijk
start of onregelmatig onbelast draait, dient u altijd eerst de
bougie te controleren voor u andere maatregelen neemt.
Maak de bougie schoon als ze verstopt is en controleer of de
afstand tussen de elektroden 0,6-0,7 mm bedraagt. De
bougie moet na een maand gebruik, of eerder indien nodig,
vervangen worden.
N.B.! Gebruik steeds het correcte bougietype! Andere types
kunnen de zuiger/cilinder beschadigen. Zorg ervoor dat de
bougie zog. radio-ontstoring heeft.
Deelbare steel
Het aandrijfasuiteinde in de onderste steel moet om de 30
werkuren inwendig gesmeerd worden met vet. Als ze niet
regelmatig gesmeerd worden, bestaat het risico dat de
aandrijfasuiteinden (spiebanenverbindingen) van de
deelbare modellen gaan klemmen.
Luchtfilter
Het luchtfilter dient regelmatig te worden schoongemaakt
(stof en vuil verwijderen) om de volgende problemen te
vermijden:
• Storingen van de carburateur
• Moeilijkheden bij het starten
• Vermogensverlies
• Onnodige slijtage van de motoronderdelen.
• Abnormaal hoog brandstofverbruik
Maak het filter na 25 werkuren schoon of vaker wanneer u in
abnormaal stoffige omstandigheden werkt.
