Starting a workout
Starting a workout using your watch
1Enter the app list of your watch and touch Workout.
2Swipe up or down and select the workout you want to do or your preferred running
course. Alternatively, swipe up on the screen and touch Custom to add other workout
modes.
3Touch the Start icon to start a workout session. (For outdoor workouts, ensure that GPS
positioning is working before you start.)
4To end a workout session, press the Up button and touch the Stop icon, or press and hold
the Up button.
In the app list, touch Workout records to view detailed workout records data including
the general data, speed, steps, climbed distance, heart rate graph, heart rate zones,
cadence graph, pace graph, and VO2Max.
Starting a workout using the Health app
To start a workout using the Health app, move your phone and watch close to each other to
ensure that they are connected.
1Open the Health app, touch Exercise, choose a workout mode, and touch the Start icon to
start a workout.
2Once you have started a workout, your watch will sync and display your workout heart
rate, speed, and time. Your workout data, such as the workout time, will be displayed in
the Health app.
Running courses
Your watch comes with a variety of running courses that can guide you and record your
workouts and tness training. It can also work with voice prompts to help you complete the
courses, allowing you to stay more active in daily life.
1On the device, enter the app list and touch Workout.
2Swipe up or down on the screen, then select .
3Choose a course and follow the onscreen instructions to start the workout.

Creating a training plan
Running plans can only be created and started using the Health app. To create a new plan,
end the existing plan and then create a new one.
