In this case, you need to set the value in the registry
as follows:
• Choose Start > Run.
•Enter regedit in the Open text box and then click OK.
• Select parameters in the following directory:
\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControl
Set\Services\Tcpip.
• Choose Edit > New > DWORD Value.
• Rename New Value #1 to TcpWindowSize.
• Right-click TcpWindowSize and then select Modify.
• Select Decimal and enter 65535 in the Value data text
box, and then click OK.
• For the DWORD Value of DefaultRcvWindow, do the
same operations as that of TcpWindowSize.
What to do if I cannot make or receive a call from
a telephone connected to the device.
• If the phone is working, you can connect it to a fixed
line telephone network (PSTN).
• If a dial tone is heard when picking up the handset.
• If the SIM card is correctly inserted.
