11.3 Microsoft® Office Excel® Mobile
Met Microsoft® Office Excel® Mobile kunt u Excel-werkbladen bewerken en lezen.
Excel Mobile openen
Klik op Start > Alle programma’s > Office Mobile > Excel Mobile.
Opmerking Excel Mobile biedt geen volledige ondersteuning alle functies van Microsoft
Excel. Bepaalde gegevens en opmaak kunnen verloren gaan als u een werkblad
op de telefoon opslaat.
Werkbladen weergeven
Een bestand openen
1. Klik in Excel Mobile op Menu en kies de plek (bijv. Mijn apparaat) waar het
*.xls-bestand is opgeslagen.
2. Zoek het bestand dat u wilt openen en klik op Selecteren.
Opmerking U kunt slechts één werkblad openen. U moet het geopende werkblad sluiten
voordat u een ander werkblad kunt openen.
Het werkblad wordt standaard op het volledige scherm geopend. U kunt de
weergavemodus veranderen door op de linkerSOFTKEY te drukken (hierdoor wordt
het menu Beeld geopend) en klik vervolgens op Beeld > Volledig scherm.
De gegevens van een cel weergeven
Soms kan niet alle tekst in een cel op het scherm worden weergegeven. U kunt de
volledige tekst in een cel weergeven door de cel te selecteren en klik vervolgens op
Beeld > Celtekst.
Titels blokkeren gebruiken
1. Kies de cel die achter en onder de rij en kolom staat die u wilt blokkeren.
Als u bijvoorbeeld Kolom E en rij 4 wilt blokkeren, selecteer dan cel F5.
2. Klik op Beeld > Titels blokkeren. U kunt de blokkering opheffen door te
klikken op Beeld > Titelblokkering opheffen.
