126 Omgaan met zakelijke e-mails en vergaderafspraken
Automatisch antwoord indien niet aanwezig
Met Outlook Mobile kunt u uw niet-aanwezig-status ophalen en veranderen. Net
als bij de desktopversie van Outlook E-mail, stuurt Outlook Mobile automatisch een
antwoord als u niet beschikbaar bent.
Vereiste Uw bedrijf dient gebruik te maken van Microsoft Exchange server 2007 of hoger.
Automatisch een bericht sturen indien niet aanwezig
1. Klik op Start > Alle programma’s > Berichten > Outlook e-mail.
2. Klik op Menu > Extra > Niet aanwezig.
3. Kies uit de lijst Ik ben momenteel de optie Niet aanwezig.
4. Voer uw automatische antwoordbericht in en klik op Gereed.
7.3 Omgaan met vergaderafspraken
Als u vergaderverzoeken inroostert en verstuurt vanaf de telefoon, kunt u personen
uitnodigen voor de vergadering en hun status controleren om te weten of ze
beschikbaar zijn.
Als u een vergaderverzoek ontvangt, kunt u antwoorden door het verzoek te
accepteren of te weigeren. Het vergaderverzoek geeft duidelijk aan of er al dan niet
dubbele of aangrenzende afspraken zijn.
Vereiste Uw bedrijf dient gebruik te maken van Microsoft Exchange server 2007 of hoger.
De lijst met genodigden van de vergadering weergeven
1. Klik op Start > Alle programma’s > Agenda.
2. Klik op een eerder verzonden vergaderverzoek en klik vervolgens op
Genodigden. U ziet een overzicht van de verplicht en optioneel uit
te nodigen personen. U ziet ook pictogrammen die aangeven of de
genodigden het vergaderverzoek hebben geaccepteerd of afgewezen.
