120 Omgaan met zakelijke e-mails en vergaderafspraken

Synchroniseren met een zakelijke e-mailserver
Synchroniseer de telefoon met de Microsoft Exchange server van uw bedrijf om alle
e-mails, contacten, afspraken en andere informatie actueel te houden.
Een verbinding met eeen zakelijke e-mailserver instellen
Gebruik de telefoon om toegang te hebben tot uw zakelijke e-mails door een
verbinding met een Exchange server op te zetten. U krijgt de gegevens van de
zakelijke e-mailserver van uw netwerkbeheerder:
1. Klik op Start > Alle programma’s > Berichten > E-mail instellen.
2. Voer het E-mailadres en Wachtwoord van het e-mailaccount in en selecteer
de optie Wachtwoord opslaan. Klik op Volgende.
3. Wis het vakje Proberen e-mailinstellingen automatisch ophalen van het
Internet en klik op Volgende.
4. Selecteer bij Uw e-mail provider de Exchange server en klik vervolgens op
Volgende.
5. Klik nogmaals op Volgende.
6. Selecteer de optie Proberen Instellingen Exchange Server automatisch
vinden en klik op Volgende.
7. Voer de Domeinnaam in en klik op Volgende.
8. Bij het Serveradres voert u het adres van de Exchange server in en klik op
Volgende.
9. Kies de items die u wilt synchroniseren met de Exchange server en klik op
Voltooien.
Opmerking Voordat u op Voltooien klikt, klikt u op Menu > Geavanceerd om de
regels voor het oplossen van synchronisatieconflicten op te lossen.
Tip Wijzig de instellingen van de Exchange server door ActiveSync op de telefoon te openen
en op Menu > Server configureren te klikken.
