Automatisch een Outlook e-mailaccount synchroniseren
1. Sluit de telefoon d.m.v. USB of Bluetooth op uw PC aan.
Indien u Outlook e-mail met de Exchange Server synchroniseert, maakt
u verbinding via Wi-Fi of een andere gegevensverbinding. Voor meer
informatie, zie hoofdstuk 7.
2. Het synchroniseren start automatisch, en de telefoon verzendt c.q. ontvangt
Outlook e-mail.
Uw Outlook- of Internet e-mailaccount handmatig synchroniseren
1. Selecteer uw e-mailaccount.
2. Klik op Menu > Verzenden/ontvangen.
E-mailinstellingen aanpassen
De grootte en indeling voor Outlook e-mail veranderen
1. Koppel de telefoon los van de computer.
2. Klik op Start > Alle programma’s > ActiveSync.
3. Klik op Menu > Opties, kies E-mail en klik vervolgens op Instellingen.
4. Selecteer in het venster E-mailsynchronisatie de Maximale
downloadgrootte en Berichtindeling.
5. Sluit ActiveSync en koppel de telefoon opnieuw aan de computer.
De grootte en indeling voor POP3/IMAP4-e-mail veranderen
1. Klik in de pop3/imap4-e-mailberichtlijst op Menu > Extra > Opties >
Accountinstellingen > Inst. downloadgrootte.
2. Congureer de instellingen van Berichtindeling en Maximale
downloadgrootte.
3. Klik op Gereed.
