10.1 Office Mobile
Office Mobile umfasst drei Anwendungen, mit denen Sie sich verschiedene
Arten von Dokumenten wie Word-Dokumente, Powerpoint-Präsentationen
und Excel-Arbeitsblätter ansehen können. Office Mobile umfasst die
folgenden Programme:
• Excel Mobile (zum Anzeigen von Excel-Dateien)
• PowerPoint Mobile (zum Anzeigen von PowerPoint-Dateien)
• Word Mobile (zum Anzeigen von Word-Dateien)
Um auf Office Mobile zuzugreifen, klicken Sie auf Start > Office Mobile. Dort
finden Sie das gewünschte Programm.
Hinweis Nicht alle Schriftarten, Farben, Funktionen und Versionen der Desktop-
Versionen von PowerPoint, Word und Excel werden unterstützt, sie
werden aber annähernd wiedergegeben.
Excel Mobile
Mit Excel Mobile können Sie sich Excel-Arbeitsblätter ansehen. Auch
die Wiedergabe von eingefügten Diagrammen und Diagrammseiten ist
möglich.
Hinweis
• Excel Mobile unterstützt nur Excel-Dateien, die mit Office 97 oder einer
späteren Version erstellt wurden.
• Excel-Makros der Ursprungsdateien können beim Laden u. U. nicht
gestartet werden.
• Dreidimensionale Diagramme werden in zweidimensionale Abbildungen
umgewandelt.
• Auf dem Arbeitsblatt werden keine Bilder angezeigt, die in einer AutoForm
als Hintergrund gewählt wurden.
So öffnen Sie eine Arbeitsblatt-Datei
1. Klicken Sie auf Start > Office Mobile > Excel Mobile, und markieren
Sie die .xls-Datei.
2. Klicken Sie auf Öffnen.
So ändern Sie das Zoomverhältnis
• Klicken Sie auf Ansicht, und wählen Sie eine Vergrößerung.
