8.1 Usar ClearVue Suite
ClearVue Suite se compone de cuatro aplicaciones que le permiten ver varios
tipos de documentos tales como Word, presentaciones con PowerPoint, hojas
de cálculos de Excel, y archivos PDF de Acrobat. ClearVue Suite contiene:

ClearVue Presentation (muestra los archivos en PowerPoint)
•
ClearVue Worksheet (muestra los archivos en Excel)
•
ClearVue Document (muestra los archivos en Word)
•
ClearVue PDF (muestra los archivos en Acrobat PDF)
Para acceder a ClearVue Suite, haga clic en
Inicio > Office
, después busque
el programa que desea abrir.
Nota No todas las fuentes, colores, características y versiones de las ediciones de
escritorio de PowerPoint, Word, Excel, y Acrobat son compatibles, pero ClearVue
mostrará una que sea los más semejante posible.
ClearVue Presentation
ClearVue Presentation es una solución de visualización de PowerPoint
completa que le permite ver las presentaciones originales en PowerPoint. Con
ClearVue Presentation, verá la presentación original completa con animaciones
y transiciones.
Nota ClearVue Presentation sólo acepta los archivos PowerPoint creados en Office
97, o en una versión más reciente.
Para abrir un archivo de presentación

Abrir
y después busque el archivo
.ppt
o
.pps
.
2.
Haga clic en
Abrir
.
Para cambiar la vista
ClearVue Presentation le permite ver el archivo de presentación en 3 modos
Haga clic en
Ver
y después seleccione

Notas

. Muestra una imagen ampliada y simple de la diapositiva
actual y debajo de ésta, miniaturas de imágenes de otras diapositivas
