116 Intercambiar mensajes y utilizar Outlook
Para enviar un correo electrónico a un contacto
1.
En la pantalla principal, haga clic en
Inicio > Contactos
.
2.
Haga clic en el contacto.
3.
Haga clic en la dirección de correo electrónico.
4.
Seleccione la cuenta de correo electrónico que va a usar.
5.
Introduzca un asunto, redacte el mensaje y haga clic en
Enviar
.
Para enviar un mensaje de texto a un contacto
1.
En la pantalla principal, haga clic en
Inicio > Contactos
.
2.
Haga clic en el contacto y en
Menú > Enviar mensaje de texto
.
3.
Redacte el mensaje y haga clic en
Enviar
.
Para encontrar un contacto
1.
En la pantalla principal, haga clic en
Inicio
>
Contactos
.
2.
Si no está en el modo Vista de nombres, haga clic en
Menú
>
Ver por
>
Nombre
.
3.
Elija una de las siguientes opciones:
•
Comience escribiendo el nombre o el número de teléfono del
contacto hasta que éste aparezca. Al pulsar un número como el 5, los
nombres que comienzan por “D” aparecen junto con los números de
teléfonos que comienzan por 5. La tecla siguiente que pulse, limitará
aún más la búsqueda.
•
Filtrar la lista por categorías. En la lista de contactos, haga clic en
Menú
>
Filtro
. Luego, haga clic en una categoría que ha asignado
a un contacto. Para mostrar nuevamente todos los contactos,
Todos los contactos
.
•
Ubique el contacto por compañía. En la lista de contactos, haga clic en
Menú
>
Vista por
, y haga clic en
Compañía
. Haga clic en compañía
para ver los contactos que trabajan allí.
