Intercambiar mensajes y utilizar Outlook 95
Para detalles sobre cómo programar automáticamente la sincronización o
establecer un tiempo de sincronización con el Exchange Server, consulte

Configurar una cuenta de correo electrónico POP3/ IMAP4
Para que pueda enviar y recibir mensajes de correo electrónico, es necesario
configurar una cuenta de correo electrónico que tenga con un proveedor de
servicios de Internet (ISP) o una cuenta a la cual pueda acceder usando una
conexión de servidor VPN (normalmente una cuenta de trabajo).
