48 Sincronizar información y configurar la seguridad del correo electrónico
Sincronizar la información de Outlook con Exchange
Server
Puede configurar la sincronización con Exchange Server en el teléfono, si está
disponible a través de su compañía o del proveedor de servicios inalámbricos.
Sin embargo, debe solicitar primero a su administrador o comprobar en su
ordenador la siguiente información y después llevar a cabo los pasos: nombre
del Exchange Server, nombre del dominio, su nombre de usuario y contraseña.
(Para información sobre cómo comprobar el nombre del Exchange Server
y el dominio en el PC, consulte “Para instalar y configurar ActiveSync en el
ordenador”).
Nota Antes de cambiar la configuración de sincronización en el teléfono, desconéctelo
del PC.
Para sincronizar directamente con Exchange Server
1.
Elija una de las siguientes opciones:

Nueva cuenta
. En la pantalla
Confi guración de correo electrónico, seleccione correo electrónico
de Outlook en la
Lista de proveedor de correo electrónico

haga clic en

En ActiveSync en el teléfono, haga clic en
Menú
>
Confi gurar Servidor
.
Si todavía no ha confi gurado la sincronización con Exchange Server,
aparecerá
Agregar origen de servidor
.
2.
En la pantalla Editar confi g. servidor, escriba el nombre del servidor
ejecutando Exchange Server en la casilla
Dirección del servidor
, y
haga clic en
Siguiente
.
3.
En la pantalla Información del usuario, escriba su nombre de usuario, la
contraseña y el nombre del dominio.
4.
Si desea que el teléfono guarde su contraseña para que no necesite
volver a introducirla al conectarse, seleccione la casilla de verifi cación
Guardar contraseña
. A continuación, haga clic en
Siguiente
.
5.
En la pantalla Opciones, seleccione las casillas de verifi cación del tipo
de información que desea sincronizar con el Exchange Server.
6.
Para personalizar la sincronización de una información específi ca,
seleccione el tipo de información y luego haga clic en
Menú
>
Confi guración
