118 Échanger des messages et utiliser Outlook
Pour envoyer un message électronique depuis un contact
1.
Sur l’écran d’accueil, cliquez sur
Démarrer > Contacts
.
2.
Cliquez sur le contact.
3.
Cliquez sur l’adresse de messagerie.
4.
Sélectionnez le compte de courrier électronique à utiliser.
5.
Entrez un objet, composez votre message et cliquez sur
Envoyer
.
Pour envoyer un SMS à un contact
1.
Sur l’écran d’accueil, cliquez sur
Démarrer
>
Contacts
.
2.
Cliquez sur le contact et cliquez sur
Menu > Envoyer un SMS
.
3.
Composez votre message et cliquez sur
Envoyer
.
Pour trouver un contact
1.
Sur l’écran d’accueil, cliquez sur
Démarrer
>
Contacts
.
2.
Si vous n’êtes pas en affi chage du Nom, cliquez sur
Menu
>
Affi cher
par
>
Nom
.
3.
Faites l’une des choses suivantes :
•
Commencez à entrer un nom ou un numéro de téléphone du contact
jusqu’à ce que le contact s’affiche. Lorsque vous appuyez une touche,
par exemple 5, vous trouvez les noms qui commencent par D, ainsi
que les numéros de téléphones commençant par 5. La touche
suivante appuyée continue à restreindre la recherche.
•
Filtrez la liste par catégories. Dans la liste des contacts, cliquez sur
Menu
>
Filtrer
. Puis cliquez sur une catégorie que vous avez affectée
à un contact. Pour afficher tous les contacts de nouveau, sélectionnez
Tous les contacts
.
•
Trouvez le contact par société. Dans la liste des contacts, cliquez sur
Menu
>
Afficher par
et cliquez sur
Société
. Cliquez sur la société
pour afficher les contacts qui y travaillent.
Pour envoyer les informations de contact de quelqu’un à une autre
personne via SMS
1.
Sur l’écran d’accueil, cliquez sur
Démarrer > Contacts
, puis sélectionnez
le contact dont vous souhaitez envoyer les informations
.
