6.4 Utiliser le Calendrier
Utilisez le Calendrier pour planifier des rendez-vous, y compris des réunions
et d’autres événements. Vos rendez-vous du jour peuvent être affichés dans
l’écran d’accueil. Si vous utilisez Outlook sur votre ordinateur, vous pouvez
synchroniser les contacts entre votre téléphone et votre ordinateur. Le
Calendrier peut également vous rappeler les rendez-vous avec un son ou une
lumière clignotante, par exemple.
Pour planifi er un rendez-vous
1.
Sur l’écran d’accueil, cliquez sur

Calendrier

Cliquez sur

Nouveau rendez-vous
.
3.
Entrez les informations sur le rendez-vous.
4.
Pour planifi er un rendez-vous sur toute la journée, dans
Heure de fi n
,
sélectionnez
Journée entière
.

Cliquez sur
Terminé
.
Remarque Les évènements sur toute la journée n’occupent pas de blocs de temps
dans le Calendrier, au lieu de cela, ils apparaissent en bannière en haut du
calendrier.
Pour rendre un rendez-vous périodique
1.
Sur l’écran d’accueil, cliquez sur
Démarrer
>
Calendrier
.
2.
Cliquez sur le rendez-vous et cliquez sur
Modifi er
.
3.
Faites défi ler à
Fréquence
et cliquez sur une des options de
périodicité.
4.
Cliquez sur
Terminé
.
Pour affi cher votre planifi cation
Vous pouvez afficher votre planification en trois différents affichages : mois,
semaine et agenda.
