Kontakt auf dem Gerät erstellen
Wenn Sie eine sehr lange Kontaktliste besitzen, können Sie einen Kontakt auf
unterschiedliche Weise suchen.
1. Tippen Sie auf Start > Kontakte.
2.
Falls Sie sich nicht in der Namensansicht befinden, tippen Sie auf Menü >
Anzeigen nach
> Name.
3. Führen Sie einen dieser Schritte aus:
• Geben Sie in das entsprechende Textfeld einen Namen oder eine
Telefonnummer ein, bis der gewünschte Kontakt angezeigt wird.
Um wieder alle Kontakte anzuzeigen, tippen Sie auf das Textfeld,
und löschen Sie den Text, oder tippen Sie auf den Pfeil rechts neben
dem Textfeld.
• Verwenden Sie das alphabetische Verzeichnis, dass sich über der
Kontaktliste befindet.
• Filtern Sie die Liste nach Kategorien. Tippen Sie in der Kontaktliste
auf Menü > Filter und tippen Sie dann auf eine Kategorie, die Sie
einem Kontakt zugewiesen haben. Wenn Sie erneut alle Kontakte
anzeigen möchten, wählen Sie Alle Kontakte
.
Einen Kontakt online suchen
Sie können nicht nur auf Kontakte zugreifen, die sich auf dem Gerät befinden
sondern auch auf solche, die in der GAL-Liste (Global Address List) Ihrer
Firma gespeichert sind. GAL ist das Adressbuch, das alle E-Mail-Adressen
von Benutzern, Gruppen und Verteilerlisten Ihrer Firma enthält und auf dem
Exchange Server gespeichert ist. Wenn Sie mit dem Gerät direkten Onlinezugriff
darauf haben, können Sie ganz schnell und einfach Besprechungen planen
und jeder beliebigen Person in Ihrer Firma Besprechungsanfragen per E-Mail
senden.
