132 Nachrichten austauschen und Outlook verwenden
Wenn Sie ein Outlook E-Mail-Konto haben, führen Sie folgende Schritte aus:
1. Tippen Sie auf Start > Programme > ActiveSync.
2. Tippen Sie auf Menü > Optionen.
3. Tippen Sie auf E-Mail > Einstellungen und wählen Sie Dateianlagen
einschließen.
Wenn Sie bei einem Internetdienstanbieter (ISP) ein IMAP4 E-Mail-Konto
besitzen oder wenn Sie ein Konto haben, das Sie für den Zugriff auf eine
Verbindung mit einem VPN-Server (normalerweise ein Arbeitskonto)
verwenden, führen Sie die folgenden Schritte aus:
1. Tippen Sie auf Start > Messaging.
2. Tippen Sie auf Menü > Extras > Optionen.
3. Tippen Sie auf den Namen des IMAP4-Kontos.
4. Tippen Sie auf Weiter bis Sie zu den Serverinformationen gelangen,
und tippen Sie dort auf Optionen.
5. Tippen Sie zweimal auf Weiter, und wählen Sie Vollständige Kopie
übertragen und Bei Übertragung vollständiger Kopien Anlagen
einschließen.
Tipp Wenn Sie Anhänge lieber auf einer Speicherkarte als im Gerät speichern
möchten, tippen Sie auf
Menü > Extras > Optionen > Registerkarte Speicher
und markieren Sie das Kontrollfeld Anlagen auf Speicherkarte speichern.
Nachrichten herunterladen
Wie Sie Ihre Nachrichten herunterladen, hängt vom Typ Ihres Kontos ab:
•
Wenn Sie E-Mails eines Outlook E-Mail-Kontos senden und empfangen
möchten, müssen sie das Gerät zunächst mit ActiveSync synchronisieren.
Für weitere Informationen hierzu siehe “Outlook-E-Mail einrichten” in
diesem Kapitel.
• Wenn Sie E-Mails mit einem E-Mail-Konto senden und empfangen
möchten, das Sie bei einem ISP eingerichtet haben oder auf das Sie
über eine VPN-Server-Verbindung zugreifen (normalerweise ein
Arbeitskonto), werden die Mails über einen ferngesteuerten E-Mail-
Server heruntergeladen. Für weitere Informationen hierzu siehe
