4. Wenn Sie eine Datei vom PC auf das Gerät kopieren möchten, müssen
Sie folgende Schritte ausführen:
• Rufen Sie im PC den Ordner auf, der die Datei enthält, die kopiert
werden soll.
• Klicken Sie mit der rechten Maustaste auf die Datei und dann auf
Kopieren
.
• Klicken Sie mit der rechten Maustaste bei Mobiles Gerät auf den
gewünschten Ordner und klicken Sie auf
Einfügen.
Dateien automatisch auf einer Speicherkarte speichern
Bei den Programmen Word Mobile, Excel Mobile und Notizen ist es mitunter
hilfreich, alle neuen Dokumente, Notizen und Arbeitsblätter direkt auf eine
Speicherkarte zu speichern.
1. Tippen Sie in der Programmdateiliste auf Menü > Optionen.
2. Wenn sich eine Speicherkarte im Gerät befindet, wählen Sie im Feld
Speichern in die gewünschte Speicherkarte, auf der die neuen
Elemente automatisch gespeichert werden sollen.
3. Tippen Sie auf OK.
Hinweis In der Datei- oder Notizenliste erscheint neben dem Namen der Dateien, die
auf einer Speicherkarte gespeichert sind, ein Speicherkartensymbol.
5.6 Pocket PC-Telefon schützen
Sie können das Gerät auf zwei Arten Schützen:
• Sie können die SIM-Karte vor unbefugtem Zugriff schützen, indem Sie
eine PIN-Nummer (Persönliche Identifikationsnummer) zuweisen. Ihre
erste PIN erhalten Sie von Ihrem Netzbetreiber. Diese PIN können Sie
später ändern.
• Zusätzlich können Sie den unbefugten Zugriff auf das Gerät mit
einem Kennwortschutz verhindern. Ihre Daten sind sicherer, wenn bei
jedem Einschalten des Geräts ein Kennwort abgefragt wird. Wenn Sie
das Gerät das erste Mal benutzen, können Sie ein eigenes Kennwort
festlegen.
