Apparaat schakelt niet in
Als het apparaat niet inschakelt wanneer u op de knoppen op het bedieningspaneel drukt, controleer
dan het volgende:
●
Mogelijk is het apparaat uitgeschakeld. Controleer of de aan-uitschakelaar in de aan-stand staat
en of het lampje van de aan-uitknop brandt.
●
Mogelijk is het apparaat niet aangesloten. Controleer of de voedingsadapter niet is losgeraakt
van het apparaat of de stroombron.
●
Mogelijk werkt de voedingsadapter niet.

Controleer of het groene lampje op de voedingsadapter brandt.
◦
Als het groene lampje niet brandt, controleert u of er spanning staat op het stopcontact of
de overspanningsbeveiliging waarop het netsnoer is aangesloten.
◦
Als dit het geval is maar het groene lampje toch niet brandt, is de voedingsadapter mogelijk
defect. Ga naar
www.hp.com/support voor hulp.
De lamp blijft branden
Wanneer het apparaat een tijdje (ongeveer 15 minuten) niet actief is geweest, wordt de lamp als het
goed is automatisch uitgeschakeld.
Gebeurt dit niet, druk dan op de aan-uitknop en raak achtereenvolgens de optie Opnieuw starten en
de knop OK aan.
Het scannen begint niet meteen
Controleer of de klep is gesloten, of de aan-uitschakelaar in de aan-stand staat en of het apparaat is
ingeschakeld.
