Problemen met accessoires oplossen
In dit gedeelte vindt u oplossingen voor problemen bij het gebruik van
de XPA of ADI.
Problemen met de XPA oplossen
In dit gedeelte vindt de mogelijke problemen bij het gebruik van de
transparantenadapter (XPA). Zie ook "Problemen met dia's en
negatieven oplossen" op pagina 94.
De XPA werkt niet.
Misschien is de XPA-kabel niet correct aangesloten. Zorg dat de
XPA-kabel correct is aangesloten op de XPA-poort van de scanner.
Bij gebruik van de XPA kan ik niet de opdracht XPA (Dia's) of XPA
(Negatieven) in het menu Scannen kiezen.

Misschien is de XPA-kabel niet correct aangesloten. Zorg dat de
XPA-kabel correct is aangesloten op de XPA-poort van de
scanner.
●
Als u de XPA hebt aangesloten terwijl de HP Precisionscan Pro-
software actief was, moet u de software opnieuw starten.
Daardoor kan de software de XPA detecteren.
Na keuze van XPA (Dia's) of XPA (Negatieven) in het menu Scannen
is er geen of heel weinig licht in de transparantenadapter.

Controleer of u XPA (Dia's) of XPA (Negatieven) hebt gekozen
in het menu Scannen van de HP Precisionscan Pro-software.
Zijn deze twee opdrachten niet beschikbaar, start de software
dan opnieuw terwijl de XPA is aangesloten op de scanner.
●
De lamp in de XPA is mogelijk defect of werkt niet. Sluit de XPA
aan op de scanner. Houd de XPA omhoog en kijk of er licht
brandt. Als er een lamp kapot is, is onderhoud noodzakelijk.
