Printersoftware
Ondersteunde besturingssystemen
U kunt het beste de geleverde software installeren zodat u de printer gemakkelijk kunt instellen
en de volledige functionaliteit van het apparaat kunt gebruiken. Niet alle software is beschikbaar in
alle talen. Installeer de software voordat u de printer instelt. Raadpleeg het Leesmij-bestand voor
de nieuwste informatie over de software.
Via Internet en andere bronnen zijn de meest recente versies van drivers, extra drivers en andere
software verkrijgbaar.
De printer wordt geleverd met printersoftware voor de volgende besturingssystemen:
● Windows 95 en Windows NT 4.0 (alleen driver, alleen parallelle aansluitingen)
● Windows 98
● Windows Me
● Windows 2000
● Windows XP (32-bits en 64-bits)
● Mac OS 9, v9.1 en hoger
● Mac OS X, v10.1 en v10.2
Printersoftware installeren
De printerdriver voor Windows 95 installeren
Als u de printersoftware voor Windows 95 wilt installeren, moet u de wizard Printer toevoegen
gebruiken.
1 Klik op Start en kies Instellingen.
2 Klik op Printers.
3 Dubbelklik op Printer toevoegen en klik, indien nodig, op Volgende.
4 Selecteer de optie lokale printer en klik op Volgende.
5 Klik op Diskette.
6 Klik op Bladeren en selecteer de juiste letter voor het cd-rom-station.
7 Dubbelklik op de juiste map voor uw taal.
8 Dubbelklik op de map Drivers.
9 Dubbelklik op de map Win9X_ME.
10 Dubbelklik op de drivermap PCL 5e.
11 Klik op het bestand hp1300w5.inf om dit bestand te markeren.
12 Klik op OK om de installatie van de driver te voltooien. Volg de instructies op het scherm.
