Kritieke foutberichten
Kritieke foutberichten kunnen een defect aangeven. Mogelijk kunt u het probleem oplossen door het
apparaat uit en weer aan te zetten. Als een kritieke fout blijft optreden, moet de all-in-one mogelijk
worden nagekeken.

49 Fout Er is een interne softwarefout opgetreden in
de all-in-one.
Zet het apparaat uit met behulp van de aan/
uit-schakelaar. Wacht vervolgens ten minste
30 seconden, zet de all-in-one weer aan en
wacht totdat deze is geïnitialiseerd.
Als het probleem blijft optreden, neemt u
contact op met de klantenondersteuning van
HP. Raadpleeg
Klantenondersteuning van
HP of de ondersteuningsbrochure in de
verpakking van de all-in-one.
50.x Fuser-fout Er is een interne hardwarefout opgetreden in
de all-in-one.
1. Zet de all-in-one uit met de aan/uit-
schakelaar en wacht ten minste 30
seconden.
2. Als u een spanningsbeveiliging
gebruikt, koppelt u deze los. Sluit de all-
in-one rechtstreeks op het stopcontact
aan.
3. Zet de all-in-one aan en wacht totdat
deze is geïnitialiseerd.
Als het probleem blijft optreden, neemt u
contact op met de klantenondersteuning van
HP. Raadpleeg
Klantenondersteuning van
HP of de ondersteuningsbrochure in de
verpakking van de all-in-one.
51 Laserfout Er is een interne hardwarefout opgetreden in
de all-in-one.
Zet het apparaat uit met behulp van de aan/
uit-schakelaar. Wacht vervolgens ten minste
30 seconden, zet de all-in-one weer aan en
wacht totdat deze is geïnitialiseerd.
Als u een spanningsbeveiliging gebruikt,
koppelt u deze los. Sluit de all-in-one
