Replace the cartridges

If you do not already have replacement cartridges for the printer, see Order cartridges .

NOTE: At this time, some portions of the HP website are available in English only.

NOTE: Not all cartridges are available in all countries/regions.

To replace the cartridges

1. Check that power is on.

2. Remove the old cartridge.

a. Open the access door.

b. Remove the cartridge from the slot.

3. Insert a new cartridge.

a. Remove the cartridge from packaging.

b. Remove plastic tape using the pull tab.

Want to cancel a print command, the cancel x button does not seem to fully cancel prior command. What am I doing wrong? Submitted on 5-1-2021 at 15:47
