De printer drukt niet af

Controleer het volgende

Controleer de volgende omstandigheden als de printer niet afdrukt:

● Is de printer aangesloten op een stopcontact?

● Zitten de kabels goed vast?

● Staat de printer aan?

● De printer bevat de juiste inktpatronen voor de printer en zijn correct geïnstalleerd.

● Is papier of ander afdrukmateriaal correct in de invoerlade geladen?

● Is de kap van de printer gesloten?

● Is de achterklep bevestigd?

Controleer de printerlichtjes

De printerlichtjes geven de printerstatus weer en waarschuwen u voor een eventueel

probleem.

Controleer de printerkabelaansluiting

Als de printerkabel is aangesloten op een USB-hub, is er mogelijk een afdrukconflict.

U kunt het conflict op twee manieren oplossen:

● Sluit de USB-kabel van de printer rechtstreeks op de computer aan.

● Gebruik tijdens het afdrukken geen andere USB-apparaten die op de hub zijn

aangesloten.
