Gebruik Algemeen standaard afdrukken om snel documenten af te drukken.

Presentatie afdrukken
Gebruik Presentatie afdrukken om documenten met een hoge afdrukkwaliteit af te
drukken, inclusief:
● Brieven
● Brochures
● Transparanten
Afdrukken in grijstinten
Voer de volgende stappen uit om in grijstinten af te drukken:
1. Open het dialoogvenster Eigenschappen voor printer.
2. Klik op het tabblad Snel afdrukopties instellen.
3. Klik op Snel/besparend afdrukken in de vervolgkeuzelijst Wat wilt u doen?.
4. Klik op een van de volgende opties in de vervolgkeuzelijst Kleuropties:
– Afdrukken in grijstinten van hoge kwaliteit: gebruik deze optie voor het
maken van foto's en andere afdrukken van hoge kwaliteit.
– Afdrukken in alleen zwarte grijstinten: gebruik deze optie voor snel en
zuinig afdrukken.
5. Selecteer desgewenst nog andere afdrukinstellingen en klik op OK.
Standaardinstellingen voor de printer instellen
De printer gebruikt de standaardinstellingen voor alle af te drukken documenten, tenzij
u het dialoogvenster Eigenschappen voor printer opent en andere instellingen opgeeft.
U kunt tijd besparen bij het afdrukken door voor de standaardinstellingen opties op te
geven, die u vaak gebruikt. Op deze manier hoeft u niet steeds opnieuw instellingen
op te geven wanneer u wilt afdrukken.
