HINWEIS: Bevor Sie ein Fax mit Hilfe von Telefonbucheinträgen senden können, müssen Sie dem Telefonbuch
zunächst Kontakte hinzufügen.
1. Legen Sie das Dokument auf das Scannerglas oder in den Vorlageneinzug.

2. Berühren Sie auf dem Bedienfeld des Druckers im Startbildschirm das Symbol Fax.
3. Berühren Sie Jetzt senden.
4. Berühren Sie das Telefonbuch-Symbol .
5. Berühren Sie das lokale Telefonbuch, anschließend den Namen des Personen- und Gruppeneintrags, den
Sie verwenden möchten, und schließlich Auswählen.
6. Berühren Sie Senden, um das Fax zu senden.
Senden von Faxnachrichten über die Software (Windows)
Faxen Sie ein Dokument unter Verwendung der HP Fax-Software unter Windows.
Die Vorgehensweise hängt von Ihren Spezikationen ab. Hier wird der typische Ablauf dargestellt.
1. Önen Sie den HP Druckerassistenten.
● Windows 10: Klicken Sie im Menü Start auf Alle Apps und anschließend auf HP, um den Namen des
Druckers zu wählen.
● Windows 8.1: Klicken Sie auf den Pfeil nach unten in der linken Ecke unten auf dem Start bildschirm
und wählen Sie dann den Druckernamen aus.
● Windows 8: Klicken Sie mit der rechten Maustaste auf einen leeren Bereich im Start bildschirm, klicken
Sie dann in der Anwendungsleiste auf Alle Apps und wählen Sie danach den Druckernamen aus.
● Windows 7: Klicken Sie auf dem Computerdesktop auf Start, wählen Sie Alle Programme aus, klicken
Sie auf HP, klicken Sie auf den Druckerordner und wählen Sie dann den Druckernamen aus.
2. Wählen Sie im HP Druckerassistenten die Option Fax und anschließend Fax aus.
Die Faxsoftware wird geönet.
3. Geben Sie die Faxnummer eines oder mehrerer Empfänger ein.
4. Legen Sie das Dokument auf das Scannerglas oder in den Vorlageneinzug.
