Selecteer Bestand > Verbindingsinstellingen in ActiveSync op de computer. Controleer of USB

is geselecteerd als mogelijke verbindingsmethode.

●

Sluit de HP iPAQ aan op een andere USB-poort van de computer.

●

Controleer de mini-USB-synchronisatiekabel. Probeer een andere mini-USB-synchronisatiekabel

als u daarover beschikt.

●

Probeer een synchronisatie uit te voeren via een Bluetooth-verbinding. Raadpleeg de gedrukte

documentatie of de documentatie op cd die bij de HP iPAQ is geleverd voor meer informatie.

●

Als de computer en de HP iPAQ opnieuw zijn gestart, sluit u de HP iPAQ weer aan op de computer.

●

Verwijder ActiveSync van de computer en installeer het programma opnieuw. Als u ActiveSync

van uw computer wilt verwijderen, klikt u op Start > Configuratiescherm > Software > Microsoft

ActiveSync. Vervolgens klikt u op Verwijderen > Ja.

Als het verbindingsprobleem niet kan worden verholpen met de bovenstaande oplossingen, voert u een

hardwarematige reset op de HP iPAQ uit met behulp van de HP iPAQ Setup Assistant.

Als de hardwarematige reset is voltooid, kunt u de toepassingen opnieuw op de HP iPAQ installeren

door gebruik te maken van ActiveSync op uw pc. Wanneer de HP iPAQ goed is gesynchroniseerd, gaat

u naar ActiveSync op de computer en selecteert u Extra > Software en selecteert u vervolgens de

programma's die u opnieuw wilt installeren.
