Als u de secundaire functie wilt activeren, drukt u even op : en daarna op de
toets met de secundaire functie op de schuine rand. In tegenstelling tot de
shift-toets van een typemachine of het toetsenbord van een computer,
hoeft u de
: niet ingedrukt te houden terwijl u op een andere toets drukt.
In deze handleiding worden opdrachten met een secundaire toetsfunctie
aangegeven met het symbool voor de shift-toets, :, gevolgd door de toets met
de secundaire functie. Als u bijvoorbeeld

nadat u op een bepaalde toets of toetsencombinatie heeft gedrukt. Indicators
zijn speciale symbolen die een bepaalde status van de rekenmachine aangeven.
