Gebruik een hittebestendige schaal voor de magnetron, bij voorkeur van aardewerk (minder
vetspatten dan bij glas).
Braad indien mogelijk de rollade zonder spek, om spatten en rook te vermijden.
Aan het eind van de bakcyclus op smaak brengen. Laat het vlees 10 min. in aluminiumpapier rusten.
Zo ontspannen de vleesvezels en wordt het vlees mals en sappig
handleiding voor bakken met hete lucht
U kunt de

programmeren om gebruik van de magnetron te
verhinderen.
Om deze optie te activeren:
druk met open deur gelijktijdig op de toetsen gedurende
5seconden, tot het sleutelpictogram op de display verschijnt. Een
pieptoon bevestigt de tijdelijke vergrendeling van de magnetron. Er
kan geen enkel programma worden ingesteld.
Om te annuleren:
ga op dezelfde manier te werk: druk 5 seconden lang op de toets , met de
deur open. Het sleutelpictogram verdwijnt en de klok wordt weergegeven. Een
pieptoon bevestigt de procedure.
