Servis
Preden pokličete servis:
• Preverite, ali motnje ne morete odpraviti sami (glej
Odpravljanje težav).
• Če kljub vašim kontrolam aparat ne deluje pravilno in se
motnja nadaljuje, pokličite na najbližji pooblaščeni servis.
Sporočite naslednje:
• tip motnje
• model aparata (mod.)
• serijsko številko (S/N)
Ti podatki se nahajajo na tablici s tehničnimi podatki, ki se
nahaja spodaj levo v hladilniku.
Ne obračajte se na nepooblaščene serviserje in ne dovolite
vgradnje neoriginalnih rezervnih delov.
Servisná služba
Skôr, ako sa obrátite na servisnú službu:
• Skontrolujte, či zistenú závadu nemôžete odstrániť vy sami
(viď Závady a spôsob ich odstraňovania).
• Ak zariadenie ani po všetkých vykonaných kontrolách
nefunguje a zistená závada pretrváva, obráťte sa na
najbližšie Servisné stredisko.
Uveďte:
• druh závady
• model vášho spotrebiča (Mod.)
• výrobné číslo (S/N)
Tieto informácie sú uvedené na identikačnom štítku
umiestnenom v ľavej dolnej časti chladničky.
Nikdy nezverujte opravu neautorizovanému technickému
personálu a nepripusťte inštaláciu iných, ako originálnych
náhradných dielov.
Asistenţă
Înainte de a apela Asistenţa:
• Vericaţi dacă puteţi remedia singuri anomalia (vezi Anomalii
şi remedii).
• Dacă, în ciuda tuturor controalelor, aparatul nu funcţionează
şi problema observată de dumneavoastră persistă, chemaţi
centrul de asistenţă autorizat cel mai apropiat.
Comunicaţi:
• tipul de anomalie;
• modelul maşinii (Mod.);
• numărul de serie (S/N).
Aceste informaţii se găsesc pe plăcuţa de caracteristici din
frigider, în partea de jos, în stânga.
Nu apelaţi niciodată la persoane neautorizaţi şi refuzaţi
instalarea de piese de schimb care nu sunt originale.


