Inbetriebnahme
Kraftbetätigte Fenster, Türen und Tore
müssen vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme
und nach Bedarf, jedoch jährlich
mindestens einmal, von einem
Sachkundigen geprüft werden.
Wartungsanleitung
Der Hörmann-Garagentorantrieb Supra-
Matic arbeitet weitgehend wartungsfrei.
Es sollten jedoch regelmäßig alle bewegli-
chen Teile des Tor- und Antriebssystems
überprüft und gangbar gehalten werden.
Achtung:
Zahngurt des Antriebs nicht ölen
oder fetten!
Das Tor muß von Hand leicht betätigt
werden können, den separaten Gewichts-
ausgleich des Tores regelmäßig prüfen,
dazu das Tor vom Antrieb abkoppeln.

Kürzen der Führungsschiene
Hinweis:
Die Führungsschiene kann in Sonderfällen
um max. 200 mm gekürzt werden.
Kürzung nur an der Sturzseite möglich.

Antrieb abbauen und Führungschiene vom
Antrieb demontieren. Führungsschlitten
entriegeln und Gelenkstütze

a abbauen,
hierzu Sechskantmutter

b lösen,
Unterlegscheibe und Feder abziehen.
Achtung:
Vorspannung des Zahngurtes beachten.
Umlenkrolleneinheit in Richtung Antriebskopf
schieben. Kürzungsmaß anreißen und
Schiene rechtwinklig absägen. Maß für
obenseitiges Befestigungsloch übertragen
(Bohrung Ø 5mm).

Zahngurt auf der glatten Seite am Kupp-
lungsstück lösen. Gurt eingefädelt lassen.
Doppeltes Kürzungsmaß herausziehen,
Gurt wieder befestigen und Überlänge
abschneiden (max. 400 mm).
Zahngurt ausrichten, Umlenkeinrichtung
mit Gelenkstütze unter Vorspannung
verbinden.
Vorspannung gemäß Bild 28 vornehmen.
