Shown as Beats Per Minute. Used to monitor your heart rate during your workout (displayed
when contact is made with both grips. Pulse can only be viewed while on the pulse screen).

Shown as your rotational speed per minute
TIME
Shown as Minutes: Seconds. View the time remaining or the time elapsed in your workout.
DISTANCE
Shown as miles or kilometers. View the accumulated distance during your workout.

Shown as your speed in miles or kilometers per hour.
WATTS
A measurement of your expending energy. May be used to evaluate and quantify your fitness
progress over time.
