OXFORD 5 BEDIENING
A DISPLAYTOETS: Druk op deze toets om het getoonde profiel te veranderen. U kunt kiezen uit Roeiintensiteit (Rowing Intensity),
Calorieën (Calories) en Roeislagen per minuut (Strokes per Minute).
B OMHOOG/OMLAAGPIJLTOETS: Druk op deze toets om de gegevens/keuze te veranderen.
C AAN/UIT ON/OFF: Druk op deze toets om de console in- of uit te schakelen.
D ROEIEN ROW: Druk op deze toets voor een snelle start.
E RECUPERATIE RECOVERY: Druk op deze toets om de hartslag na een intensieve training te verlagen.
F TERUG/PAUZE BACK/PAUSE: Druk op deze toets om terug te gaan naar de programmakeuze. Druk tijdens het trainen op deze
toets voor een PAUZE of een korte onderbreking.
G ENTER: Hiermee bevestigt u de invoer.
H MODUS MODE: Hiermee krijgt u de programmalijst te zien.

OPMERKING: Voordat u begint met trainen moet u de console en de consolestang in een hoek zetten waarin u ze goed kunt zien.
Op de console zit een dunne beschermfolie van doorzichtig plastic. Verwijder deze.
Remsysteem
De Oxford 5 is uitgerust met een luchtweerstandssysteem dat werkt op basis van de snelheid.
